Recently several observation concerning “Short Sales” of properties have raised an eyebrow or two. Several listing agents involved with Short Sale properties (owner owing more to the banks then the selling price of the property) may be working against the owner’s best interest to serve their (agents) best interest.
Markey’s Office Staff Returns-RE/MAX Agent Diagnosed with Brain Cancer
The recent investigation by the EPA of hazards at 5 High Street where Senator Markey’s Medford offices is located seems to be under control. Testing completed two weeks ago by the EPA reveal lower levels of PCE. The current levels of CPE are within an acceptable range according to the EPA. Over the past two weeks, Markey’s staff has returned to work at the Medford office.
Red Sox’s Nation seems to have a far reach these days as they continue to be the main attraction in most ball fields. With the recent trip to several National League ballparks, attendance have grown and sellouts are common.
Follow-up: Perchloroethylene (PCE) Contamination in Downtown area. The MassDEP has recently conducted tests on groundwater and air samples at 8 Forest St and 5 High Street.
